Refunds are eligible only for products that are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. To request a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and the product reaches us, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Certain items such as personalized or customized jewelry are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we request you to contact us immediately with your order details and photographs of the issue.
We strive to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
